fascia

Your body is full of these.

They're adhesions, and they wreak havoc on your body. They choke your nerves and blood vessels, clog your lymph, knot your gut, twist your whole body out of alignment, and they're doing it right now while you read this.

So what is an adhesion?

You've probably never heard of fascia. But if you've ever cut raw chicken, you've seen it: the thin, shiny film on the meat.

You've got the same film around every muscle and organ. It's meant to stay soft and slide as you move.

But it was never built for the life we live now. The stress that never stops. The screens. The bad news. The job that keeps you in a chair all day. None of it was your choice.

So your fascia dries out, glues itself together and knots up tight.

Those knots are called adhesions.

Right now, as you sit reading this, you have hundreds of them. Many are in places you'd never think to rub.

Each one grabs whatever's next to it and squeezes. Day and night.

They're behind the things you could never explain. The ones you were told were stress, age or just you.

And the first thing they take is your peace.

01

They keep you stuck in fight-or-flight.

A woman sitting bolt upright in bed at night, hand on her chest; a magnified circle at her shoulder shows a red creature clamped onto a sparking nerve

Your fascia is packed with nerves. Every adhesion crushes the nerves caught inside it.

And crushed nerves send your brain one message, over and over: you're not safe.

So you can't sleep. You can't relax. You can't stop overthinking. You wake up exhausted, every single day.

And they don't stop at your nerves.

02

They shut down your gut.

A woman leaning back at her desk with a swollen stomach and her jeans unbuttoned; a magnified circle shows a red creature coiled around the gut, which balloons behind it

Your gut has to keep moving to push food through. And it's wrapped in fascia, top to bottom.

Adhesions clamp around it and hold it still. Food and gas just sit there, backing up with nowhere to go.

So you bloat after every meal. You bloat when you've barely eaten. You cut out gluten, dairy, everything, and you still look six months pregnant.

And that's only what they do on the inside.

03

They give you cellulite.

A woman in a fitting room looking back at the dimpled skin on the back of her leg; a magnified circle shows a red creature hauling a band under the skin down into a dimple

Your skin is held in place by thin bands of fascia.

Adhesions yank those bands tight and drag your skin down. Everything in between bulges up. Every dip is a dimple.

So you can lose the weight and still have it. You can squat every day and still have it. You can rub in every cream, and nothing changes.

And that's not the only way they change how you look.

04

They clog your lymph.

A woman on a sofa rolling down her sock, with a deep ring pressed into her swollen ankle; a magnified circle shows a red creature standing on a vessel, which swells behind its foot

Your lymph system is how your body flushes out waste. It has no pump. It only moves when your fascia moves.

Adhesions squeeze its vessels shut. The fluid backs up and pools in your face, your ankles and your legs.

So you wake up puffy. You look tired however much you sleep. Your legs feel heavy by evening, and your socks leave marks.

And none of that compares to what they do to your shape.

05

They pull your body out of alignment.

A woman standing side-on in a hallway wearing a posture corrector, her stomach pushed forward; a magnified circle shows a red creature braced on the pelvis, pulling the spine forward

Your fascia is what holds your spine in line.

Adhesions play tug of war with it. One drags your pelvis forward. Another hauls your shoulders in. Bit by bit, they twist your whole frame out of line.

So your lower belly gets pushed out into a pooch. Your shoulders round. Your back hunches.

No matter what you try, the crunches, the posture corrector, standing up straight, it always goes back.

And the last one is why you feel older than you are.

06

They hurt you in one place and hide in another.

A woman sitting on the edge of her bed at night, pressing a hand into her aching lower back; a magnified circle at her hip shows a red creature hiding and pulling on a band that flares far away

Your fascia is all one piece, so each adhesion pulls on something far away.

Your back aches, and the adhesion is in your hip. Your neck is stiff, and it's in your shoulder. Your heel hurts, and it's up in your calf.

So every fix goes to the wrong place. You rub where it hurts. You stretch where it hurts. You get the massage where it hurts. And two days later, the adhesion has pulled it tight again.

The pain never really leaves. And some nights you lie awake wondering if this is just what getting old is. If this is how the rest of your life is going to feel.

It isn't.

Every one of these six comes from the same thing: adhesions. And an adhesion can be released.

When it lets go, what it took comes back.

You just have to know how to release one.

How to break the adhesions and finally release your fascia

You can't rub one out. Press on a cold adhesion and it just grips harder. That's why your hands, the foam roller and the massage gun never worked.

It takes three things, in this order.

  1. Warm it

Rest it on the spot and let the heat sink in, deeper than hands can reach. The adhesion softens. Its grip starts to slip.

  2. Find it

Now glide, slowly. You'll feel it: a catch, a tender spot that hurts so good. Stop. That's the adhesion. You've got it.

  3. Release it

Switch to blue and hold it right there. Pulses drive into the knot and break it apart. Breathe. Wait. Then it gives, and everything it was choking lets go.

You don't have to hunt for them.

We've mapped exactly where they hide. Pick the problem that bothers you most, and go straight to its spot.

The guided routines take you to every spot, one at a time, and tell you exactly how long to stay. There's nothing to learn and no way to get it wrong.

All it takes is fifteen minutes a day.

That's why we built FasciaWave.

RF deep heat to soften an adhesion from the inside. EMS pulses to break it apart. Near-infrared light to flush out what's left.

And a 30-day guided protocol that takes you to every spot, so you never have to guess.

simple to use

your daily ritual.

No appointments, no technique to master, no way to get it wrong. Just fifteen minutes a day with a device built to do what foam rollers, massage guns, and your own hands can’t.

Set the device on the place that has been asking for attention. Your jaw. Your traps. The low back you rub every night. Let the warmth arrive, and give that area a moment to stop bracing.

Glide slowly across the area. Somewhere, it will feel different: a catch, a pull, a tender spot that makes you pause. That is the knot. That is where you stay.

Switch to the blue release mode, then return to the spot that caught. Hold it there. Feel the gentle pulses move through the knot while you breathe and wait for that first little give. When it softens, glide on—or stay a little longer.

They don't call it a gut feeling for nothing. All that swallowed stress has somewhere to go.

glutes & thighs

Office butt is real. Park it long enough and the fascia stiffens, dimples, and forgets its shape.

feet

Your feet have fascia too—and it has a famous name: plantar. Bind it up and that first morning step bites.

Frequently asked questions

What even is fascia?

A thin, stretchy web wrapped around every muscle you've got — head to heels, one continuous sheet. Healthy, it glides like jelly. But stress and sitting dry it out until it hardens and seals the tension inside. That hardened layer is the thing massage, stretching, and foam rolling never reached. It's what you've actually been fighting this whole time.

How is this different from a massage gun or foam roller?

Those pound the muscle from the outside. They never touch the fascia underneath — the layer where the tension actually gets stored. FasciaWave works that deeper layer with heat, EMS, and light in sequence: soften it, release it, restore it. It's not a harder massage gun. It's a different job entirely.

Does it hurt?

The opposite — most people call it the best part of their day. You start on the lowest setting and turn it up only as your tissue adapts, across five levels. What you feel is a deep, warm release, never a fight. And the 15-minute timer ends the session for you, so there's no overdoing it.

Where can I use it?

Anywhere you hold tension — neck, shoulders, traps, chest, lower back, hips, glutes, thighs, right down to your feet. The guided routines walk you through every zone, and you can work one spot or move through a few from one session to the next.

How soon will I feel something?

Most people feel the warmth and a bit of release in the very first session. The deeper changes build over the weeks — that's just how fascia works, steady and gentle, not overnight. Give it a few weeks and let it stack.

Is it hard to keep up with?

Not at all. Fifteen minutes on the couch while you watch TV — switch it on, glide over wherever you're tight, and hold. Guided routines show you exactly where to go, so there's nothing to learn and no way to do it wrong. Miss a day? Doesn't matter. There's nothing to keep up with.

How often should I use it?

Once a day, fifteen minutes, is the whole routine. Focus on one area or rotate through two or three. Consistency beats intensity here — a little every day does more than a marathon session once in a while. And skipping a day now and then won't set you back.

What if I don't love it?

You've got 30 days to run the full reset. Change your mind and send it back for a full refund — no questions, no hassle. We'd rather you try the whole thing with nothing to lose than talk yourself out of it right now.
