how to release it

The RYF release method. Three steps, built around how fascia actually lets go.

  1. FasciaWave on red, warmth spreading into a knot in the fascia

    warm it

Put it on red and rest it on the spot. The warmth goes deeper than hands can reach. The knot softens. Its grip starts to slip.

  2. FasciaWave resting over the knot it has found

    find it

Now glide, slowly, until you feel it. That spot that hurts so good. Stop. That’s where it’s stored. You’ve got it.

  3. FasciaWave on blue, the knot loosening

    release it

Switch to blue. Pulses drive into the knot and break it apart. Breathe. Wait. Then it gives, and years of stress let go with it.

simple to use

your 10-minute release.

No appointments, nothing to learn, no way to get it wrong. Just ten minutes, once or twice a week, whenever you get a moment to yourself. We walk you through every session, so all you have to do is let go.

Set it on the spot that’s been carrying the most. Your neck. Your shoulders. Your jaw. Let the warmth sink in, and give that spot a moment to stop bracing.

Glide slowly. Somewhere it will feel different: a catch, a pull, a tender spot that makes you pause. That’s the knot. That’s where you stay.

Switch to blue and hold it right there. Feel the gentle pulses work into the knot until it finally gives. That moment it lets go is the best part. Then glide on, or stay a little longer.

what to expect

picture a few weeks from now.

It starts the first night, and it just keeps getting better.

night 1

you feel your body let go.

The warmth sinks in, and the tension you’ve been carrying for years finally lets go. Your shoulders drop. Your whole body goes heavy and soft. It feels so good you might laugh, or even cry a little. The good kind.

week 1

you can finally relax.

You notice it in little moments. You wake up and your jaw isn’t clenched. Something stressful happens, and your body doesn’t brace for it. At night you sit on the couch and actually rest. You’d forgotten what this felt like.

week 3

you sleep through the night.

You fall asleep fast and stay asleep. No 3am wake-up, no racing thoughts, just deep, heavy sleep all the way to morning. You wake up before the alarm feeling rested, and for the first time in a long time, you’re excited for the day.

week 4

you’ve got something left for them.

Something spills, someone’s running late, and you just laugh it off. The people you love stop watching your face to see what kind of day it’s going to be. Now they light up when you walk in the room. And you’ve finally got the energy to enjoy them.

from there

you feel like yourself again.

You catch yourself in the mirror and you like who you see. Other people see it too. Someone stops you and asks, “Okay, what are you doing? You look amazing.” You feel lighter, happier, and more like you than you have in years.

Where's your tension hiding?

From head to toe, FasciaWave helps you find the knots your body has been holding—and finally let them go.

jaw & neck

Every clench leaves a mark. Layer on layer, it gets etched into your fascia—locked tight.

shoulders & traps

The weight of the world, parked on your shoulders. Years of it, fused into the fascia.

lower back & hips

Your chair is doing more than you think. Sit all day, and hip fascia starts to weld itself shut.

lower belly

They don't call it a gut feeling for nothing. All that swallowed stress has somewhere to go.

glutes & thighs

Office butt is real. Park it long enough and the fascia stiffens, dimples, and forgets its shape.

feet

Your feet have fascia too—and it has a famous name: plantar. Bind it up and that first morning step bites.

Frequently asked questions

What even is fascia?

A thin, stretchy web wrapped around every muscle you've got — head to heels, one continuous sheet. Healthy, it glides like jelly. But stress and sitting dry it out until it hardens and seals the tension inside. That hardened layer is the thing massage, stretching, and foam rolling never reached. It's what you've actually been fighting this whole time.

I’ve tried everything. Why would this work?

Most of what you’ve tried works on your mind or your muscles. The stress is stored in your fascia, and none of it was built to reach it. Release it there, and your body can finally come out of survival mode. And if it doesn’t work for you, you’ve got 30 days to get every penny back.

How is this different from a massage gun or foam roller?

Those press on the muscle from the outside. They never reach the fascia underneath, where the tension is stored. FasciaWave works that deeper layer: the red warms the knot until it softens, then the blue lets it go.

Does it hurt?

A little, at first. The good kind, like when someone finds the exact spot that’s been bothering you for years. You start on the lowest of five levels and turn it up only when you’re ready. Mostly, it just feels like relief.

How often do I use it?

Ten minutes, once or twice a week. That’s it. The guided protocol walks you through every session, so there’s nothing to learn and no way to get it wrong. Miss a week? Just pick it back up.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Try it for 30 days. If you don’t feel the difference, send it back and get every penny back. No questions, no hassle.

the choice

the real you is still in there.

Left alone, stress keeps settling into your fascia, a little more each day. The knots tighten, the tired gets heavier, and survival mode starts to feel normal.

It doesn’t have to. Every knot you release gives you back a little more of yourself: calmer, lighter, easier to be around. The sooner you start, the sooner you feel it.

Try it for 30 days. Feel the difference, or get every penny back.
